I was able to finally figure out a way to get it to work last night. I appears that Elegoo's Ebay postings that have the drop down that let you select different filament types are not correctly reflecting their inventory. If you go to Elegoo's Ebay Storefront and scroll down to all items you should see a bunch of different filament options.
Look for the ones with the "Buy 6, Get 4 Free" or the "Buy 10, Pay 6" titles. Click into these and look for the pages that do not let you select the filament type. In the title you will see the filament type and the only drop down will be the color that you can select. You will see that most of them are very limited in available colors. Currently matte PLA only has 2kg of ruby red remaining in stock.

Have issue woth placing order. Ebay says "this itwm is gone". Anyone?
I tried this morning on the Elegoo and got the same message. I know Elegoo right now has a shortage of filament. I ended up getting some Sunlu. They have similar deals where the coupon applies on all their filament as well: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_...bal&_oac=1
I do love Elegoo and it is on my personal 1A tier along with Polymaker as far as filaments go.

Yeah, i saw it. I wanted elegoo because of color options on matte. Sunlu only has 3 which i am not very fond of. I choose some but after discount code it is $155. I am not sure now.

I have a few of their matte colors and they are really nice. Hopefully they get more stock in soon (and not just on the matte). They literally have only one color of the matte available[elegoo.com] on their site right now and very similar situation with their other filaments. Maybe they are too focused on their new printer to make more filament .

Shortage of filament, eh? Is that why I haven't seen their PLA on sale in months? 😞
I've only used Elegoo PLA on my A1 Mini and it seems to work just fine. I don't really have a frame of reference to compare other filament brands, but I haven't had any issues that weren't either A) bad support configuration or B) a dirty heat bed
I have issues every time one of these ebay filament deals pop up. The deal comes from the 20% coupon stacked on top of the Buy6Get4, however, at checkout it doesn't like to stack them. I get the Buy6get4 price shown in my cart, and then when I proceed to checkout and try to add the coupon STARTFRESH, it takes 20% off the original full retail, non-buy6Get4 price. Anyone else? All my items are in stock.
edit: tried again and it worked, who knows
I've used several rolls. I've turned the bed temp to 55-60, 65 is the default, but the actual roll fitting on the AMS lite is tight but it does fit and works. Overall I'd buy them again especially for the price
