I purchased a refurbished QRevo on a previous deal for $430 after reading the reviews which indicated that a lot of the "refurbished" units were actually new - they're moving on to the newer models. Mine arrived brand new - with the 2 year Allstate warranty. I just bought one of these as a housewarming gift even cheaper with the same warranty - we'll see if it's actually refurbished or brand new like mine. In any case, I've been using mine for about 5 months and - after some initial issues where it would drop a mop disc occasionally or get stuck (I have some odd corners / furniture traps) it has actually improved - and my floors are so amazingly clean! Let's face it, I wouldn't mop until and unless I saw a need or had a mood - this thing mops every day and vacuums every day, and I only have to attend the water tanks about once a week and change out the bag about once every 2 months. I really appreciate this vacuum.

Roborock via eBay is legit. I previously bought my S8 Pro Ultra here for around $899 and it was great. It finally did start having issues getting stuck after about 1.25 years. Allstate claim -> boxed it up and sent using prepaid label -> "sorry we can't fix it, here is a check" -> Check amount: $1299.99. Just ordered my second S8 Pro Ultra for under $700. Only downside is that they would not send me the old unit back (which still could have worked in a different area) so now I have a spare dock, I guess.

Returning qrevo after trying it out for a day. Does not go back to the dock to charge. I would stay away from refurbished units.

Got the refurbished QRevo about 6 months ago no issues with it so far. Does my upstairs hardwood floors about 500sq ft of cleaning area (in the app) in 40min.

Maybe try some trouble shooting before returning it after a day. Update software/run the house scan thing/etc

Wanted one without the mop. I thought one of the Q5 models was the vacuum only, but everytime I look now it says vacuum/mop combo. Ended up pulling the trigger on the Q7+ through this deal last week, it gets here tomorrow. **Actually, just got an email that it will be delivered today!

Bought a Qrevo referb from ebay and mopping would only wet one of the mops. I was a little slow in testing it out as it was a birthday present. It was a referb as it still had the previous account usage of about 50 hrs on it. Support gave me some suggestions to fix the water issue but none worked. So I raised another support ticket and they told me to go to Allstate, that refused to repair it as they said it was broken from the start. Rororock then made a special case for me and paid for a return label and "repaired" it and sent it back. After more testing it still is not woking. I have to go through the process again!!! Kinda sucks and I won't get a referb again.

We have a Roborock S7. We like its performace but the mopping is not that great. It leaves marks all over the hardwood floor. You also need to remove it and wash, dry it in between uses otherwise you're mopping the floor with a dirty mop every time. Adding to that, it will smell over time if it's left wet.

I bought the Qrevo after seeing this deal last week, delivered in 3 days. Huge improvement over the S7. It says refurbished but there is no single sign for usage, it was either a returned unit or brand new.

I don't understand buying a Q Revo when the Dreame L10s Ultra, owned by the same parent company, has vision obstacle avoidance for less money. (And it's future-proof in the sense that there is 3rd party firmware for it.)

What's the argument for Roborock?

Just got it on Friday... the unit water dripping wet when open. Run for about 10-15mins then stop. Docked and ran again but same issue. Battery was 80%+. Contact cx service was told to video how it stop, funny. Requesting return later when home

Roborock broke off and is its own company. They restarted another, Dreame.

Wish the word "hate" was enough of a word for our iRobot 7+. Over 24 hours to clean 1500 sqft space is not right. Tonight it ran into our ottoman over and over again for a hour. Though the 9+ has decent reviews. The comments are still navigation issues. The only plus is it will not die. Sure it has taken parts to bring it back though all these do. We had a Roborock before this iRobot. They are great at the task and the carpet lines were great. Would pay for new generation though these vacuums rarely last more than 3 years before getting tired. At $500 a year, it pays for 25% of a home cleaner to appear and clean the entire house vs one level. Will make a decision over next few days. Guessing the Q8 max+ will win out with the more powerful suction and dual rollers.

I bought a refurbished S7 MaxV Ultra Oct 2023 from a deal like this from Roborock via eBay. It showed up basically looking brand new. It worked well till about a month ago. Was giving errors for the drive motors. On the S7 you have to take the entire vacuum apart to replace it.

I decided to try the warranty with Allstate last week. After filling a claim they sent a prepaid 2 day FedEx label. They received it on last Wednesday. On Monday I got an email saying they can't fix it and are cutting me a check for my purchase price minus tax. It's fixable but they probably thought the same thing about it being a crazy to take the entire thing apart.

So the deal worked out for me. I used my vacuum/mop three times a week on a 2,200 sq ft all tile house for 16 months and only out $79 which is the tax I paid. Still waiting on the check but it should arrive in a few days.

i got the qrevo in October and it's been fantastic, way better than the S4 max it replaced. I run it nightly in my living room and kitchen areas and my floors have never been so clean. For the price i think it's a great bang for the buck.

Edit: mine also appeared brand new when it arrived, with all the shrink wrap on it and everythign.
