ELIGIBILITY: The TurboTax® Small Business Celebration Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open to Small Businesses who must meet the eligibility criteria below:
Be located in the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia;
be owned by a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
entrant must be listed as the business owner (in whole or in part) of the business during the time period detailed above (the "Entrant");
have a valid employer identification number ("EIN") or taxpayer identification number ("TIN"); and
be a Sole Proprietor, LLC, Multi-Member LLC, S-Corp or partnership that employees fewer than twenty (20) employees at the time of submitting the entry.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on February 25, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 17, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period")
PRIZES:
Three (3) Grand Prize Winners (one (1) winner per Weekly Entry Period) will each receive: $5,000 cash (awarded as a check made payable to the Winner). Value: $5,000.00 each. Total Value of all prizes: $15,000.
