The potential of 0% or basically 1% interest is amazing. My issue? It still isn't going to put this vehicle in the hands of the masses as the base is $40k~. There's many other electric vehicles in the $30k~ range that I'd consider vs paying $40k~ over 5-6 years.

Big cost to weigh. Shoot, even the cost of gas vs electricity doesn't play into an argument when an electric vehicle is starting at $40k and an ICE can still be had for $20k....

Does anyone know what the typical cost is to install a charger in your house? I wonder if there are electricians who specialize in that? I see neighbors with cables snaking out of their garage.. it tends to look kind of lame, but I am not sure if there is a way around that (other than, I guess, not filling your garage with slickdeals and actually parking in your garage...).

It depends how far your install location is from your electrical panel. If it's right next to it. It should be around the $400-600 range in CA. 20ft can be 1k+

At this point any interest discounts are lame offers. If we are looking at a slowdown in the economy rates will tumble soon and Tesla will pocket that money. Stay away from this offer & wait for cash discounts.

This is the typical tesla BS (coming from a model 3 owner).

Not a Hot Deal, it's MSRP with a very common sales tactic.

Google "0% APR Car Deal" and you will find 14+ other companies doing it this month alone, alphabetized from Acura to Volkswagon.
Exactly, but I guess Tesla is getting desperate anything goes lol

Polestar? That turd has lost massive millions and sales are dismal. Factor in the slowdown of the EV market and it's headed to oblivion. That stock is worse than a steep downhill ski slope.

Model Y currently discounted up to $7k, plenty of topics on Sleakdeals with discounts, and why it's matters what kind of discount it is.
Never new Model 3 is best selling car in the world, do you have a proof?
I would think under EV class, which has always been one of the best sellers around. I think it came in 2nd behind the Model Y. Or at least in the US.

In the US? Best selling is RAV4, 100k ahead of Model Y
