Tesla has introduced 0% APR financing for new Model 3 orders in the US (i.e. borrower does not have to pay any interest on the loan amount).
Applies to new orders placed on or after March 3rd and to loan terms of 60 months. You get a 0.99% rate on 72 month term loans.
Tesla lets you choose if you want 0% APR with a 15% down payment, or $0 due at signing with a 0.99% APR on a 60 month loan.

Big cost to weigh. Shoot, even the cost of gas vs electricity doesn't play into an argument when an electric vehicle is starting at $40k and an ICE can still be had for $20k....
