GoPro is last. It's only between DJi & Insta360. In categories of (low light, stabilization, overheating) and it's not even close.
GoPro still overheating and locking up requiring battery pull to restart.
If you want something with much better image quality and don't necessarily need an action cam, the osmo pocket 3 is incredible. I buy a ton of gadgets and I think the pocket 3 is one of my favorites if not my favorite gadget of the last 10 years.

But I think the extreme battery in this one is more useful than the tripod in the Costco deal
