It's mainly internal changes, such as the springs in the triggers being 40mm instead of 30mm. You really won't feel/see any difference unless you take it apart.

The Dualsense Edge has replaceable sticks, but they will continue to need to get drift and need to be replaced.
If you know how to Solder I'd recommend buying Hall effect joy sticks and replacing them. This is somewhat difficult so if you can't solder, pay someone to do it for you. It'll be cheaper than the dual sense edge and a one time purchase.
