I had the same issue - "code already redeemed". I called and the rep said they opened a ticket for a new code that I should get within 24 hours. Fingers crossed the new one actually works.

xbox rep or amazon rep?

Amazon rep told me to get in touch with xbox.

Highly recommend avoiding this.

It seems some codes are good and some are bad. I got a bad one and just talked to customer service on the phone. Had to send him some screenshots. He told me it can take 24 hours to hear something back from someone else in Amazon. What a hassle! If you still want to try, I can only say good luck to you.
