Depends on priorities. The price per watt hour is good on this, but it charges slowly on AC and solar compared to the river 2 pro - and requires a charging adapter vs just standard PC style cord for the EcoFlow.

Yes it can. You'll get about 5/mph charge though at 1800w peak. At 716wh total, you'll probably get 3 miles out of it.
