Though the pictures look the same, the Walmart one doesn't specify it's the steelbook version, and the Amazon one seems ot be back up to $21.99.
Update: Reviews for the Walmart listing DO mention it's a steelbook version, even if the listing itself doesn't.

Recently watched this with my family. It's good but not as funny as I remembered. What about Bob or the man who knew too little have both aged way better and better showcase Murray's comedic abilities.
