Can also go with the Walmart Ozark Trail $10 knife that is surprisingly nice for the price. D2 blade and axis lock.

Other even cheaper Ozark trail stuff will be on par or better than this knife and prices start at about $4.

These knives are trash. If you only want to spend $10, one of the folding pocket knives where you swap razor blades would serve you better and can be purchased at any hardware store.

Got this in a multi pack thing. It's not ergonomic and I feel like the skeletal frame can get caught on things. The one handed open in nonexistent and stiff. I feel like at this price point there's better kershaws

These skeleton frame knives collect so much lint and get very dirty fast for EDC

KnifeCenter is having a Kershaw sale. Go find something ~$20-25. It won't be USA-made, but it'll be way better.

The Mixtape is $15.

I have had this in my pocket every day for 5+ years, works great. Only issue is that the part of the clip that goes outside your pocket is surprisingly pointy, it has scratched my car when getting in/out. Not sure why all the other commenters have had issues, maybe I have an older version

Gerber once upon a time made quality knives. Sadly not now. I have a couple of this old versions before they went China and they were still hard to keep sharp but a lot better quality.

I have a few of these. I don't necessarily have the issue opening it. I do find it is not a hard blade, but for something I keep in my backpack it's fine. It's really light weight and does the job. I'm not a knife expert or anything so I don't know what the quality is anything else.

Have it, don't like it. Might have thrown it away.

Just got one to replace a donation I made to the TSA. I keep it in my running pack for the eventual necessity on the trail. Nothing else. I expect it to get a little rusty from sweat and lack of use.
