Got in on a manufacture refurbished unit (which I believe may have actually been new--it had original packaging and zero charge cycles) for $699. The battery itself is a beast. 500w x2 solar inputs, a massive amount of output, the app works well. Lots of USB and power plugs. I bought the case for it, which is too expensive but it's been great at helping keep the battery temp up in cold weather.

The only issue is the battery charge numbers are wildly inaccurate. Like I'd estimate 1% remaining according to the battery is actually closer to 50%. I've tried fully discharging/recharging the battery a few times and it helps a bit but seems to revert quickly in use. Support is giving me a bit of a runaround, although I'm pretty sure they'll eventually make it right. Like they demanded a video of the problem... what am I supposed to do? Send a 30 hour video of the progress meter? Disappointing for a supposedly premium brand.

How did you check the number of charging cycles?

I think I lied about that part. I was thinking I saw charge cycles as zero when I first set it up, but that must have been another refurbished battery I bought around the same time. It still appeared to be brand new as far as I could tell out of the box, but who knows.
