Either the coupon is YMMV or the deal is dead.
Been taking Ashwagandha for years, mainly sensoril at 125mg of the formulated extract each day. Couple things to note:

1) IMPORTANT: Make sure you are getting a patented formulated extract and it specifies it, else you are basically just taking useless powder
2) This is the KSM formulated extract, which can help with stress but is more aimed at giving you energy leading to better gym and exercise performance
3) Sensoril is more aimed at reducing anxiety and improving sleep
4) Ashwagandha may also raise testosterone through its action of lowering cortisol
5) I personally take it in the morning as taking it at night perks me up, even being sensoril
6) It can bother your stomach so would start low and see
7) Typical dose is 2 pills. I dont know KSM very well anymore, but I found 2 pills of sensoril to be too much. Basically made me uncaring and apathetic
Pretty much everything from a regular Indian kitchen is now marketed as a magic pill 😁

I recommend nootropic depot. It can be had on Amazon. Their extracts are solid. Been taking sensoril for years. As a cop I think it's essential to my health and mental health.

Is there a product you recommend for stress? I see this below [amazon.com] one from Doctor's explicitly advertises Sensoril.

Just came here to say ashwagandha has withdrawal symptoms in my experience. Don't assume it is ayurvedic/herbal without any problems. Obviously everyone is different but I treat it like a prescription antidepressant.

Way bigger bang for buck. I only take 1. 300 mg per pill vs 1500 per pill https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...asin_title
