Tip if you like the 'real' stuff but hate the separation, the key is mix it really well when you first get it and pop it into the fridge. It doesn't get hard like these other peanut butters when cold. Don't give in to these fake peanut butters just to get a room temp stable product unless you like these fake ones better, then to each his own.

Excellent product, but uptown funk is smoother.

Stuff is good, but a bit stiff. Ordered it anyway, it's tasty.

Eww gross, the last thing I need is 2 year old peanut butter that has been sitting in an Amazon warehouse at 100 degrees. It's a good price but I've been burned so many times by Amazon food stuff I just say no.

This is my favorite.

Got a better deal last week without the subscriber & save.

The expiration date was July 2026.

If I can find that stuff on sale I'll buy several and what I do is grab a spatula and dump them all into the stand mixer and blend it all at once, put it back into the containers and then refrigerate them. Once I start using one I keep it at room temperature. It never lasts long enough to separate significantly after that.

Costco sells Kirkland brand peanut butter which just contains peanuts (no palm or soy oil). Mix then refrigerate to keep oil from separating.

I've thought about blending but it seems a little messy and time consuming. These days I just take a butter knife or spoon and mix it top-down in the container as soon as I open one, and leave it in the fridge - no separation or issues.
