I ordered a heavy duty Rigid 100' Extension cord, they gave me an unopened box with qty 6. printed on the box. I told them it was a box of 6 I just ordered 1 extension cord. They argued "that is what you had ordered".
I don't like to argue, I got 600' of heavy duty Rigid extension cords that day.

Reminds me long ago when regular LED bulb used to be super expensive, I bought 3 from Home Depot. When I opened the package, I saw 2 brown box and 1 retail packaging light bulb. Opened the brown box and found 2 retail packaging light bulb inside! I ended up with 5 bulbs total. I was a happy camper that day.

I recommend buying from lowes. Sometimes they make the mistake of sending a box of them instead of one lol. Amazon never makes that mistake

Amazon will sometimes send you an empty bag and other times the complete wrong item that is 100 times cheaper than the product you purchased. I'm actually dealing with that right now. I had to send an item back that was sent incorrectly, completely wrong item and my money is tied up until their review is complete. I still need to call them and complain about that. I'm having to pay for their mistake while they old my money.
