Don't call that 2k. Marketing nonsense. At best you can call it 1080p+

I just opened the packaging to look at the device. I think it is still worth for the price if you can find it.

This is actually the Lenovo Tab M10 Plus (3rd Gen), official specs here: https://psref.lenovo.com/Detail/T...ZAAJ0159US

It's very important to note that this tablet reaches end of life for security updates at the end of this month; it will receive no further patches even in the case of critical security vulnerabilities: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/e...matrix#EOL

I'd generally recommend against allowing devices that no longer receive security updates to connect to the internet, but for offline use this seems like a good deal. For example, this could be a good offline media consumption tablet if you added a microsd card for mass storage.

As long you are not using it for sensitive/high risk tasks (e.g. e-banking, e-shopping), it should be fine...I guess?!

Says 5 in stock at my local Target (Chicago), but between the specs and the security updates ending, I'm struggling to think of a reason why I would. Thought it had a dock from the picture and might make a good home automation controller.
