I'm a big fan of this seller "Secondipity". I've had very good experiences with them. They have great prices and all of my items have arrived in "like new" condition.
Remember that you can return your purchase for ANY reason within 30 days and they cover the return shipping cost. There is virtually no risk.
Right now I'm actually wearing my "refurbished" Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones I bought from them like 6 years ago. recently I had to replace the headband extenders (a common problem from regular use), but other than that they get used every day and still work perfectly! I've since purchased several other Sony headphones & earphones from them. I'm happy to report I've had ZERO (0) issues.

All the Secondipity ones come with a 2 year warranty. I've sent them back and had them repaired (which I think actually means they sen time a different pair but I never checked the serial numbers) It was pretty easy to

I've bought over 10 items from secondipity. They are worth it... if you can deal with 30 days. I've bought a sony headphone (XM's) from them, exchanged once; one had some weird thing with one ear popping and the other one kept doing weird things with the noise cancellation. They didn't honor the 2nd return because it happened after 5 months.
I've also bought things like coffee grinders, tools, kitchen things from them. I had to return several items because they were missing things, they accepted all returns. They did try to pull a fast one (I dont think intentionally), things likea crockpot food on the go when it was missing the spoon (returned successfully). I also returned a "open box" coffee grinder that was $150 retail but $40 at secondpity. They accepted the return but didnt refund me. I had to call twice to make sure they refunded the item and I still cant dig through my credit card receipts to see if they actually did it because it took 6 months. I originally called because it was so nasty and dirty (when it arrived, it still had coffee beans inside of it and was dirty), I returned it, they received it. I checked my CC and didnt see a return, so I called them 1 month later. I called and they said they are processing it. Another month later, they didnt, so I called again and same thing. I totally forgot about it after, SO ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF THEY CREDIT YOU BACK for a return.
Other than that, I've scored some great deals with them. The sonys that were at least 70% off, Stanleys that were brand new that were 60% off, a couple of other appliances, etc. You just really got to stay on top of them because they might try to sneak one past you on returns but as long as youre on top of it and youre ok with refurbished and willing to take a risk, they can be good. Otherwise YMMV
Also to reiterate, if you have any problems with anything sony, return them before the 30 days is up, sony will not warranty anything refurbished from secondpity. I had a really bad time with the XMs several years ago with dealing with secondpity and sony. Before 30 days, they will honor. Also if you look at the stats of returns for Sony products (headphones) XM's or WF's. they have a huge return rate, so buyer beware, other than that, if you can score any of them at a 75% discount, it might be worth it.
If you return through secondpity, ALWAYS check to see if your money comes back, they have told me they refunded me, only to check my statement and they didn't. So another buyer beware.
I would say out of all the things I bought from them, I returned about 50% of them,
so ALWAYS make sure youre ok with its state when it arrives. You must always do your DD or else you might get caught with your pants down because their return policy after 30 days is SOL.
But for 75% off, it maybe worth it to some people, I still buy things from them even with them trying to scam me on a return and not honoring a return after several months because the 75%off is worth the dice roll, but always always always, return an item ASAP if youre even feeling hesitant, dont get caught with your pants down on any of their "refurbished".
I've never purchased even though I've read through many of these secondpity deals threads, not because I don't trust the seller but because everything I've read leads me to conclude that Sony has terrible quality control on their high-end headphones and earbuds.
2 year allstate warranty means if the battery dies, easy full refund.
Did the same for XM4.

The eBay AllState warranty is legitimate.
I had the battery problem everyone did with my XM4s and it was at the end of the 2 year window. I sent them in and got a full refund by check within a couple weeks. No extra questions asked or any push back. Ironically, I experienced less hassle than some people who had tried to get them repaired by Sony, because they only had a 1 year warranty and most were outside of it.
I'd jump on this deal if it wasn't for my bad experience with the XM4s from Sony's side. While I trust the warranty would cover any issues, I'd rather avoid them to begin with and buy Bose or Samsung.
