My order was substituted with a 4 count pack even though there is a 6 pack in stock .. when asked the store rep , she mentioned that the system will let them know on what item to substitute and they dont have control.

Yeah, that's one thing that can be annoying with Walgreens. When they substitute a different quantity pack, it would be nice if you got at least the amount of the original. For instance, two 4-packs instead of an 8-pack would be no problem … I've seen other places do things like that at times. Even a 4-pack would still be a good deal at this price, but it's just kind of a letdown from the original deal. The store I ordered from originally substituted a 4-pack too so I chatted online to cancel the order and then placed the same order at a different store where it got fulfilled with an 8-pack (luckily, that was the first day when most stores still had it in stock).

Yeah, I'm glad the coupons stick around after cancelling. And also that they email you about substitutions ahead of time so you can cancel before going to the store. I've had them do downsized substitutions like that on several previous orders, including one that was a two-pack instead of a 6-pack on one item.

Yeah, the $6 coupon is a monthly savings deal that seems to be around most of the time. But every now and then, a manufacturer digital coupon pops up also that stacks with it. Those coupons are usually around $6-10, but $15 was exceptional. Those coupons don't usually last as long and I think that one would probably have expired by now even for those who got it.

I have used the $15 and $25. They both show they expire in three days.

I remember back in the day how insanely great and better than anything else the Mach 3's were. Now all this time later, how do they stack up to a good 5 blade?

Wow, I didn't think those were good for so long. Thanks for the update … some people might still be able to get the deal if they missed catching inventory earlier.

I still prefer these to a 5-blade for regular shaving. In my opinion, the 5-blade versions are just too bulky for tight areas and I'm not a fan of the little backside trimmer blades. However, I do like the 5-blades for more than a few days' growth, as it goes quicker.

Some versions of the Fusion do not have the trimmer blade.

Yeah, but they're all a bulkier cart. The mere presence of the trimmer blade doesn't bother me, but I just don't care for using it. It's kind of a compromise solution to make up for the bulkier form factor, but I'd rather have a cart that's just more maneuverable instead.
