I believe, even if unintended by the poster, it was a subconscious conversation opener. Allowing you to interject more details like. "Yes it's long but the most relevant parts are X and Y you can skip the first hour." Etc.
Your original comment about the video was that it was "based on" implying it's been reworked and possibly renamed. Hence why I'm asking.
You don't have to answer me if you don't want to. No need to be hostile about it.

Not only is it a waste of time, it's a waste of money as well. π

However, you're right that my question was really, "is it really 4-hours and if so, is it really worth watching the whole thing?". Didn't think being really explicitly clear about something so minor was needed as it was in conversational tone.
Most people just ignore if they don't want to engage, and I should probably just do the same here.
