So much to unpack here.

Cherry picked pseudo science aside for the sweeteners which I don't have the time nor the patience to unpack, there's very little nutritional difference between canned/frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables.

In fact an argument can be made frozen and canned fruits and veggies can be considered fresher as they don't degrade. Buying fruits and veggies from the store they start degrading as soon as they're harvested. It can take weeks from the farm to the grocery store whereas canned and frozen fruits and veggies are persevered earlier in the logistic pipeline.

There's a huge issue with food waste in the western world, a large portion of which is attributed to allowing fruits and veggies to simply rot in your fridge. Which isn't surprising as by the time they're at the grocery store they're already over ripen.

Sucralose... No thanks. I'm still too young to get Alzheimer's.

I've been convinced for years the artificial sweeteners are toxic.

Sure if someone has diabetes and needs to keep their blood sugar within normal parameters it's the lower risk option, hands down.

As for everyone else, moderation is the answer.

How about fresh fruit salad? Fruit is f****** delicious and incredible for the human body.

Let's make eating fresh fruit great again 🇺🇸

While I don't buy into the pseudoscientific claims, adding three different types of sweeteners to fruit just seems dumb to me.
