Not a bad deal but pretty normal price for 200W panel. I don't use this brand, but I have 2x200w powering my shed along with 3x100AH lifep04 batteries and a 2000W pure sine inverter. It comes in pretty handy for charging all the Ryobi and Mikita batteries I have. It also supplies a good amount of power for lights and other things in the shed. The whole setup was a little pricy but has served me well.

I should add, if your new to all this solar stuff, this is just one piece of the system.
You will also need/want a Solar charge controller, a battery of some sort and an Inverter to convert it all to 110 AC. You can spend as little or as much as you want depending on what your trying to power and for how long.

A decent solar charge controller [a.co] will run a hundred bucks and the batteries can cost between $125 and $200 [a.co] for 100 to 150AH. A decent inverter [a.co] will also run between $75 and $300.
Just so you have an idea of what your getting into.
