IIRC, that deal didn't have the free soundbar, free stand, or free installation. This is $543 more with tax (for me) than that deal, but I looked around online and it seems like I should be able to get a chunk of that back from selling the soundbar and stand.
I think I'll probably hold like you, because I'd rather just pay $543 less and not have to hassle with selling off the soundbar and stand, but man it's tempting.

You should be getting a better sound system than the cheap soundbar that sometimes comes with these things. That's like buying a Lamborghini and spray painting the rims. You can get the Samsung Q990D 11.1.4 system for under $900 (before tax) through their EPP site. I totally get it if you can't spend that money after buying this, but it does go on sale for that price pretty often. So, you can always get it later.
