You can get it from Amazon without the soundbar. Forget link. Search & Click on the product shoots out page not found, but if you just click on the add to cart button, it will. Monday delivery in my area not bad. But I've had 2 TV's or their work order get lost on 2 last big TV orders, and a 98qm851G delivered from their 3rd party vendor--ONE middle aged office manager--which was a mess.
BB is a little off on this as well. The three closest warehouses to me have pickup today, but no availability to deliver as if it's clearance lol. They will fix that soon. But I changed zip to one with delivery available, and they haven't added free install??? When those two things get worked out I would buy from them on this size if same price. And I hear they nixed 3rd party for the larger TV's recently

The only side by side I saw on this with the qm8 was in regards to brightness. Most of the other visuals are in comparison to the Sony and otherwise just spec comparisons, which we already have. Not FOMO's best review, but this one was more of a promo for the QM6K. Sure he's doing side by sides as we speak

Can't get over the fact that it's 2 inches less than the competing Hisense. I wonder what kind of mounts support these monsters. The Hisense is an inch thicker though, sigh.

I've had the 98QM851G and the 100U8K on the same wall. The TCL handled a full articulating mount (a hefty one at 50# Mount it THe Beast) pretty well, but same mount on this Hisense was a floppy mess. it's mounts are so high (on this single model/size Hisense only) that I guess installer needed to put a 2nd extension on it, but not sure if that would have solved all.
Because of much cheaper price, the Hisense stayed. Switched it out with the Sanus Elite Advanced, the BB exclusive one. The 6" extenders on this version limits it to 175#, but allows for minor adjustments and actual tiltability on a TV this size. . .without going floppy like before. And some east west latitude on the wall, probably 4+" slide each way off center.
This Sanus mount would really hamper options on say a 65" TV. . .that you have no business doing with a 100" TV anyways.
I really wouldn't worry about the size difference between 98 and 100. But personally I wouldn't pay near as much for the U8K as the new qm7k or the QM851G. Would probably pay the same as the 2024 QM7. For me it's the screen. The anti glare is like a big diffuser. And I have a C3 right next to it, and the gloss on it is a better experience in comparison. The QM8 is all gloss and would match well with an OLED PBP. Wonder what the QM7K is in reality?
And then the Bezel. It's a good half inch+ raised in front, a la 2015 middle class. Though the bezel side looks flatter and cleaner than the U8N gen 75" I saw in the store.
Full Disclosure: The U8K+ OB C3 together were cheaper for me than the QM8's late BF price alone, and why I chose the former.
Otherwise the Hisense would have to be on fire sale. Simply because it's a 2023, and they either didn't sell enough or they thought that a u8N or U9N far superior to QM8, when in reality the 98UX should have been the competitor at market to the QM8 price point wise. . .and I generally don't play along with BS logic like that. Final issue. IS Best Buy not offering Free Install on these new 2025 98" TCLs?

So the Hisense has a better anti-glare? That's noteworthy. Waiting on what Hisense brings out in the coming months. Hopefully an updated 100".

same - waiting for the free install. anyone have thoughts on whether to get this TV or the TCL 98" Q651G that is $1,499 with free install. I assume with mini LED the QM6K will be better. Will it be as good as last year's QM7?

I'm hoping rting published their review soon. Just wishing that all the different manufacturers would go to stores for 2025 models at roughly same time instead staggering them over 6 months. Hate to compare 2024 vs 2025 in same class with no test rata, since tech moves pretty quick in image quality up n price down.
I'm hearing the mini led for QLED TVs are going to be rbg based in a year or two. It supposed to give much higher brightness, better color volume and contrast ratio wo costing an arm to produce. That's a massive game changer.
