If a brand isn't on sale, the brand chose to not be on sale.

REI goes to them and says, "we are going to have a sale. We will sell lots of your items! Want to participate?"

And the brands go, "Nah, our product already sells well at an inflated price. We don't need to lower our price cause people will still buy our stuff! Plus we don't want our products to look cheap and that is what a sale does!"


So if you are sad or mad that a brand is excluded, it is cause the brand told REI not to have their items on sale.

I believe every March and November. Last year it came around March 9th and I believe around thanksgiving for the November one.

I was able to score Shokz Openrun Pro 2 for $75 after tax! It was barely used! It was returned by the customer because it was too small. It wasn't even registered when I set it up! ☺️
