you can refer some other deals at

https://leasehackr.com/
under right top corner "signed" (I haven't post mine yet)
but I think $70k car for 24 months, not 7.5k but 10k is an excellent deal.

$333.34/month (include Tax, etc.)

Of course you need to get insurance with your own.

One other objective note to those considering the one-pay option: I believe that cost is non-recoverable once paid. In other words, when leasing a vehicle, if you get into an accident & total the vehicle, that up-front money is sunk cost.
This is why you generally don't do a cap cost reduction on a lease. I mean theoretically you're on the hook for the lease payments anyway, but since the car is totaled your gap insurance should cover it. If you pay up front that CCR is gone for good; GAP won't do anything.

FYI if you get gap (which you should if you're leasing) you should always get gap insurance via your insurance. It costs like $6/year instead of whatever the dealer is offering. The last time I leased the dealer was offering like $110/year or something crazy like that.

7500 miles per year. Kind of a joke.
didn't even know they went below 10k lol

Are these things reliable so far, if Honda is willing to put it's badge on a chevy it has to be somewhat reliable r-right..?

Is there a deal on a car that uses gas? No one wants to be stuck and wait hours for a charge, I like fill up and go
Electric cars are best suited for people that have a garage and a home charger. If you're going to depend on public chargers and live in a highly populated area you may want to look elsewhere.

I picked up a ZDX A-spec AWD from Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, MD. $299 a month for 27 months, only 1st payment plus tax, title, license due at signing. I was able to negotiate that down as well.

The car has been great so far, the app is terrible but whatever no use for it anyway.

I took the $750 free charging credits since I already had a home charger

Did you have to negotiate this? I'm not far from Gaithersburg and am intrigued for sure.

That's my main concern about leases. I've never leased before but are they pretty anal about minor things or is it similar to a rental car where you will need to only pay for scratches larger than a dollar bill?
That's what insurance is for, for lease they require you to have full coverage. If you have any damage more than your deductible just hit up your insurance and file a claim. Your max exposure should be your deductible amount, unless you choose to repair it yourself. As far as how anal they are, it really depends on the dealership. I returned a lease with scratches and even a dent and they did not charge me.

It's worth noting that SuperCruise (one of the best reasons to get a GM developed car) is NOT available on this lowest trim level (A spec RWD). If you don't care about that and are cool with an EV, this is a good deal.

I think you are conflating CCR and one pay lease. A one pay lease is not a cap cost reduction. The one pay money is held in an escrow account and is paid out monthly automatically. if the vehicle is totaled, the balance is returned.

The benefit of the one pay is usually a reduced money factor (interest rate / rent charge) as the leasing company has pretty much eliminated the chance of default due to non-payment.

Most leasing companies include GAP in the contract. I think Toyota TFS was the only company that did not, but verify when you sign and do not double buy GAP

In other words, when leasing a vehicle, if you get into an accident & total the vehicle, that up-front money is sunk cost. The insurer will issue a check to the leasee (who is the owner), the I DON'T BELIEVE the leasee is responsible to reimburse the leaser for the loss in usage. Therefore, your up-front one-pay may be lost for the remainder of the lease term.
Someone please fact check me!
Your post is misinformation.

One pay money is held in escrow and paid in equal monthly installments. Balance returned if vehicle is totaled before end of term.

I was interested in this car till I was getting my MDX serviced and asked the service guy what he thought about it, said it was a GM and you couldn't pay him to drive it…
GM has much more experience with EV's starting with Bolt and PHEV's like Volt years ago.
Opinions based on ICE are unlikely to carry over well.

It all depends on whether you are leasing another Acura. The loyalty program gives you $1500 in damages, and in the last six Hondas/Acuras I've leased, I've never been charged for anything. I even returned one with significant hail damage.

I leased a car in 2020 with the same concerns. I purchased some damage insurance from the stealership for 600 on a 3 year lease that would have covered all the dings/dents larger than what's acceptable as per lease terms and even a set of new tires if needed. I didn't need it but I left like I paid $16.66 per month for peace of mind which was worth it in my book.
