you can refer some other deals at

https://leasehackr.com/
under right top corner "signed" (I haven't post mine yet)
but I think $70k car for 24 months, not 7.5k but 10k is an excellent deal.

$333.34/month (include Tax, etc.)

Of course you need to get insurance with your own.

Correct but it's an excellent vehicle. GM makes the best EV's in the game, bar none.

Be very careful and read the terms very carefully, it says you will be charged for going over 7,500 miles each year. If you commute daily you can easily go over this. Not a great deal. Also be very careful with the purchase decision of any EV, with the current EV market and the charging infrastructures, the expensive public fast charging fees, the limited charging places, the low range and all the hassles around it like battery drains, I would recommend against buying EV, unless you are okay with charging mostly at home with the extremely slow level 2 chargers.
I've leased/purchases many EVs. Agree with not buying an EV because depreciation is terrible. Leasing is actually very cheap with incentives and works for most people for daily commutes, short trips

This is an awesome price. If we hadn't gotten a Prologue (also GM made for Honda) for $230 a month late last year I'd be all over this. Have to say, been very happy with the Prologue, so if this a better version of that, should be good.
What would be the auto insurance for your Prolonge?

Anyone have an ballpark estimate for this Acura?

It is a deal for a reason... No one wants to deal with an used battery... It could have hit a bump, water entered, random stuff and you are a few months away from failure or fire in some cases...
It is a deal for a reason???!!! You mean like paid advertisement to fool simpletons to think think this is a deal.

Easy guy. The upfront payment option is $7999. $333/month.
Sue you get the $7,500 federal Grant Discount even when the car is not made in the USA as long as you lease it. Yes... We should all know this. But look at the prices of second hand EV's.. again, if you are going to buy one I would invest $20k on a used EV that originally cost $50k.

That's your choice, but they are two completely different things. One is a brand new car with no risk, the other is an old car with all the risk. Both are potentially good values.

I've only ever purchased cars, not leased. There's an opportunity to make $ here? Assuming in NY - $15k spent on monthly payments, fees, taxes - and the residual cost is $32k. So $47k for a vehicle 2 years after its MSRP was $70k? Assuming it's worth more than $47k in 2 years, you can come out on top? Am I missing something?
Used EVs are usually not worth as much as the residual value. Things may change once the rebates are gone, but in general used EVs are easily $10-20k less then what the residual may be. thats why you see so many used EVs going for (imo) dirt cheap. Last summer i picked up a 2023 Bolt EUV with 13k miles for 18k out the door. Currently shopping for a 2023 Ariya for under $25K with less than 15k miles.

I just signed a lease deal for 2024 Acura ZDX AWD (not RWD) MSRP of MSRP $70,450 for one time payment of $7,976.
Which come with 24 month lease with 10,000 miles per year, etc.
The city where I live have about 8% tax rate and the above fees included all the tax etc.
This is for SoCal (Southern California) deal and YMMD.

Before I get this deal, I had to go to several (4 Acura) dealers and also 3 other dealers (Cadillac, Nissan) just to see what their best offers.

I didn't sign but I also got 2 offers for $7,200 for RWD which is MSRP $66,500. I was going to sign that but they didn't have the car and I got the above deal.

If you want to go through the many negotiation with many different dealers, just check
https://www.acura.com/suvs/zdx

https://www.acura.com/tools/curre...code=92660

https://www.acura.com/suvs/zdx

If you want to skip negotiation and just jump to sign the deal, please PM, so I can refer you to the exact sale person who can give you the same offer.

You need to have a good credit score (Tear 1 ? above 720? - I got over 800)

This is a GM made Acura which have very high taste with 18 speakers, etc.
I was ??? with GM quality but since this is a lease who care?
I will enjoy very nice car for only 330/mo

Cadillac version of this is Lyriq,
Honda version of this is Prologue, and
Chevrolet version of this is Blazer

If the lower price is your most important factor you might want to go with
Blazer EV, Equinox EV, or Nissan ARIYA
but if you have higher taste for little bit more $, I think this ZDX would fit best for you.
I also checked Mercedes-Benz EQB 250+ or 300 but their driving range is much shorter, car qualities are not so good as this even Benz, and the car design is not so good yet the dealer was elegant didn't offer me good deal for me (even they have many inventories).

but Honda and Chevy don't have high tastes, Cadillac don't lower their price too much even they have many inventories. So after a month of nego, I ended up with ZDX.

The only thing missing with this car is the super cruise. I guess I will get that features 24 months later with my next car.

Useful site to check the great lease deal would be
https://signed.leasehackr.com

Many Manf have too many EV inventories and giving away great discount.
If you want to get good deal, check the dealer sites and see how many stocks they got

https://www.cargurus.com/
is another good site to see how many cars are out there for sale.

Happy Driving!
What is the buyout after 2 years?
