I'm getting the same issue. SS discount is not applying correctly. Not getting my full 20%. Still a good deal, even places like grocery outlet is 19.99 for a case of 12.

Correct. 20% only applies to the 1st item. Not the 2nd. People must have some other deal in effect if getting $23. Most will get $28.
