Open to any additional suggestions. I want to keep it under $1,200.

Posted in here was the following computer deal:

YEYIAN TANTO Gaming Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 5700 NVIDIA RTX 4070 16GB MEMORY 1TB SSD NVMe Gen 4.0 Black YPA-TA5700B-4701B - Best Buy

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/yeyi...Id=6604925

For the same price, I also saw the following computer:

iBUYPOWER - Scale Gaming Desktop PC - AMD Ryzen 7 8700F- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB- 32GB DDR5 RGB RAM - 1TB NVMe SSD

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuy...Id=6594148

The first option has the 4070, the better graphics card, but it only has 16GB of DDR4 memory and a slower processor. The second option has the 4060 Ti but 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a faster processor.

Which would be better to purchase if the primary use will be playing video games and minor video editing?

I was going to purchase an iBuypower system from Costco, but I read quite a few reviews that indicated that lowest cost components are used throughout.
