FYI less freezer burn without the frost free option. I have both and always store meat in the standard and veggies in the frost free since the frost free causes freezer burn quicker.

🫡 happy to help. If it comes with a dent or two, don't return it. Call the number on the card located inside for a check to keep the unit. Unless it's affecting the unit's cooling, keep it and get $$ for minor cosmetic imperfections.

Interesting! Yeah, when I got mine (just last summer), there was barely anything more than the cardboard box itself. It was kind of appalling. You can see one being unboxed in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0oSxl5pDgY
