What if I don't have a weekend to sharpen the knife? Any other suggestions to instantly sharpen it good?

Depends on where they are manufactured. If it is a single stick figure it is made in China with lower grade materials. If it has two stick figures it is made in Europe with higher quality materials.

that video was very rough and pushed way too hard against the sharpener, so it borderlines on misuse. but to each their own.
