And if you stack it with 10% off Apple GC deals, it's even lower.
I thought edu store only has the $50 off where can I find the $100 gc offer?
yesterdaymonday showed that it had (at least) 2 in stock (that was the max that the system allowed for store pickup) but when I got there they didn't have any.the store i went to later that night showed that it had just 1 in stock and they actually had 2. i think their inventory system is not that accurate but my guess is that if it shows "0" it's most likely to be true but it may still be worth going if not out of your way. it's been 5 days since this thread was posted (and unknown how long ago the price drop happened) now so inventory is probably low at this point.
Store employees are catching on. I told some friends about the deal. They went to a store that had several shown. Got there and the employee immediately said they had zero. Found out the employees are locking them in the third party vendor phone cage that not even the manager has a key to until payday. They did the same thing with the Apple TV deal for $75. One store still shows two 13's and one 11" but you can't get them.
Walmart's price match policy allows you to claim a price match if you find a lower price on Walmart.com for the same exact item in-store, provided it is in stock and sold by Walmart, not a third-party seller. However, Walmart does not offer price protection for items purchased on Walmart.com that later go down in price. If you find an item cheaper in-store after purchasing it online, you would need to return the item and repurchase it at the lower price.
Scored an iPad Air M1 64GB for $299 and got the 13 M2 for $599. However, the 11" iPad Air M2 128GB for $399 is my ideal but out of stock in my area
As an Android user with a Galaxy Tab S9 11" and S9 Ultra 14.6" , the 13" M2 seems unnecessary and expensive. I am slowly dipping into the Apple ecosystem, so I would be using the iPad mostly at home and using the Android tablets while traveling since I can use SD cards for more storage.
After loading up the M1 Air 64GB, I have 25GB free on the M1. Is that sufficient long-term, or will I quickly run out of space?
I guess down the road I could trade it in for another iPad with more storage.

Instantly cancelled. I went to the store they were selling it at and had none in stock.

Yeah, but you need to go to the physical store and then it's not even guaranteed that this is the price. Seems like it's working for some people, but I don't know if this front page worthy.
Selecting Walmart's WiFi and going into the Walmart app did not work as it still showed the $499 price. However, after asking the salesperson to grab a box from lockup, he confirmed the $399 price after scanning it.
Thank you all again!
