more than likely walmart is just copying the cooler and are going to sell their own Chinese version for the same price or like $5 less

The market is just saturated with rotomolded coolers right now and igloo isn't considered a top premium brand anymore. I have no doubt they are a solid product but the general public is brand obsessed. I have an Otterbox cooler that out performs my Yeti- and all anyone ever asks about is the Yeti.

Good cooler, I bought a white one at Costco the year before last and have no regrets. Injection molded but performs just as well as rotomolded ones costing twice or 3x as much. Just clarifying that, as you might not want to fight a polar bear with it or let a hippo dance on it, or whatever people think think they can do with rotomolded coolers.

I've had one of these coolers for 4 years now. It's held up very well to moderate/heavy use. Several 2 week long camping road trips, week long Canadian fishing trips, etc. Still holds ice just as well as the day I bought it and all the latches still work perfectly. It's a little scratched up now from all the use, but still functions just fine.

Our family has had the white version for a few years. Looks to still be the same other than the color. I think we paid $150 and have been more than happy with it for a few camping and road trips.
