I'm sure it depends on what is available at your local store for groceries. They use a third party for delivery so there's tipping involved and for that reason I'm not signing up because I have other services that provide delivery with no tipping.

Ok, the difference seems to be that the $49 offer is for those who do not have a Target Circle Card whereas the $24 offer is for those who have a Circle card.
I am a RedCard holder and a Target Circle member. I have in my Circle offers the option for $24 for one year of Target Circle 360. Thanks for this thread, or I wouldn't have seen it!
Separately, I also see this offer: Shop 1 time on qualifying purchases of $70 or more to earn $10 in Target Circle Rewards.
