I have and love these. Will never go back to in-ear canal buds again. They are so comfortable I forget I have them on and I don't lose awarness of my surroundings.

If you find them too quiet (I did) enable "volume booster" profile in the Soundcore app. Increases the ouput by about 40% without a noticable difference in quality. Bass is always going to be lacking, but it's an open ear design so not much you can do to beat physics. Music sounds surprisingly good in quiet environments and they are perfect for podcasts / audiobooks. Call quality is VERY good too! The first time my sister hasn't complained about me using earbuds when we talk.

Again, these do not excel in noisy environments like a subway or a busy city; but for around the house, at work, or on a walk in a park or suburban neighborhood they are amazing.
Yes. I'm wearing them with glasses right now. But I would recommend putting them on before you put your glasses on so that the glasses sit on top of the bands
These are great, the only issue I have with these is that there's no way to turn them back on using just the earbuds. Once they've automatically shut off (which might be after 30 minutes without being bluetooth connected), you have to return them to their case and then remove them again and they'll have turned back on. This is frustrating when I don't have the case near me, or if I'm away from the house and know they've got plenty of charge left - but have no way to simply turn them on. All my other earbuds have buttons on them to power them on/off.

Yeah I like them a lot. I'm really surprised about how much bass they put out for being open earbuds.

I use these almost daily for playing on my Steam Deck, they allow me to enjoy the game but also hear externally enough to (semi) participate with what my wife is watching on the TV at the same time. Same thing for airport use, I can hear announcements and surroundings while still fully experiencing what I am listening to on the earbuds.

They also do a really job of switching back and forth between active bluetooth devices, they just kinda grab whichever device is playing audio between my phone and Steam Deck.

How are these for phone calls/teams/zoom?

Can anyone say how they would compare to Galaxy Buds Live? I've been using those for that purpose, as well as music when I don't need noise cancelling, for a while and have been happy, but they are discontinued so wondering where I go next for that.

I bought a pair of these last year, and I've been very happy. I use them daily at work, and to my older ears, music and audio books sound fine. As long as I keep the volume at a moderate level, I have no problem hearing what's going on around me.

V20i's are newer than the V30i, pretty good comparison here:

Mind elaborating more on the calls? How's the mic quality? How is it with picking up background noises for the other person on call with you?

same. got a job that does a lot of zoom calls. i couldnt stand messing around with in ear buds. some people, and i guess im one of them, just cant keep earbuds in their ears. ive tried every size and type of earbud insert, and no matter what, they work their way out and eventually fall out. these are awesome.

mine stay in for my kickboxing type workout. they arent as secure as the in the ear buds that also wrap around your ear, but they are better than plain in the ear buds. they will stay put for head movements, but not contact from other people.

I don't like in ear buds. This is secure and better for safety. Will not go back.
