I don't understand why people don't just buy the pure version (e.g., Trader Joes sells it) compared to these diluted forms that merely exist to sell larger volumes of powder. Is it more "satisfying" to dump more powder into your drink, half of which is just there as filler?

Erythitol is horrible and it's the main ingredient and it's anything but natural 🤦 lots of research has come out in recent years that this effects the heart in a negative way. Stevia is great but try to find pure forms and preferably standardized forms instead of raw because of the bitter roots inside them for better flavor.

Yeah, this garbage is erythitol with a little stevia. I don't know how they get away with calling this stevia. Buy Stevia in the Raw (not Truvia).
