RTINGS reviewed the 32" model of the 4K M70C and gave it a 7.9/10.

Sounds like a great deal, don't even need it and really close to buying....Anyone have some negatives? For the 4k that is.

Both are 27", are you asking about the 1080P or 4K? Since you asked for downsides, here's what I can think of:

- Both have a basic 60Hz refresh rate, if you're gaming you can find similarly priced monitors with higher refresh rates.
- The 300 nit brightness is average, nothing earth shaking and won't truly impress you in HDR content.
- Built-in "Smart" functionality is always eventually deprecated. You might get a few years out of it if that interests you, but I wouldn't factor it into comparative pricing. I see it as a short term gimmick that can be easily handled by other devices.
- No audio out. If you use it for "smart" streaming, all you get are the built in speakers.

I have an older 32" samsung smart monitor and the speakers are terrible, I would check reviews for that

It supports ARC so you can get audio out for a sound bar, which is what I did with mine.

Would the 27" M80C be better value at $15 bucks more when it does go on sale?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong as I can't replicate these deals. I used an edu address and also signed up already. I get sent to the Education Standard store when clicking on Education offer Program. Is that the correct website?

Possibly in a limited-space area where you would like to use the same screen/device for both work and entertainment purposes.

Anyone know where you can find the integrated webcams for the M70C? Only place I can find it is bundled with the M80.
