It is a factory unlocked phone so you can immediately use it with any provider you want, you don't have to unpack it if you already have Verizon account setup and able to cancel the service (which is the point of this deal)

I ordered it online and I need to go to store to handover trade in phone and pick up the new phone. In this case, whether best but will open the phone and hand it over to me or they will just hand over to me as it is.

I have an iPhone 13 Mini, how is this trading in for this Pixel 9 Pro XL? I have used Pixel in the past up until Pixel 6, and they were not that reliable or smooth. I'm deep into Apple eco as well. What's your opinions?

I bought the last deal and immediately used it on my own Visible service. Never activated with ATT.

I bought one and tried to cancel it thru verizon. Unfortunately they wouldn't cancel it. They told me to return back the phone and bestbuy would cancel it.

They will give you the phone sealed and then a Verizon SIM separately

Seeing some conflicting answers here on whether or not Verizon will let you cancel the line. Anyone who has done it successfully? Did you call Verizon and did they honor it?
