$5.61 at Walmart for 400 count. Cheaper.

This product doesn't do a good job. Bought the 400pcs pack - previously reported on FP.
I like them, they do not leave streaks on my glasses or camera lenses. Rep'd, hope they come this time. Still waiting on the 400 ct to ship but will cancel if these ship first. Thanks OP.

I bought the last time it came on FP. I think they are well worth the price.

Works out to be the same price per wipe as the 400 pack. I had subscribed, so I canceled and changed to this one.

They are good but often need an additional wipe with a good microfiber cloth to finish the job and make my glasses streak-free. However, they definitely get rid of stains that a cloth cannot on its own and they are a godsend while traveling or commuting. I always carry a few in my backpack.

Have a couple hundred left from a previous deal so will be passing for now.

Bought these from a Costco deal previously. Like others have said, not the best wipes but I would buy again if I didn't have 300 still left. I found out the best ones are rite aid store brand ones.

In another life (meaning when I was younger) I worked in an optical lab making lenses. One thing we always told people was that they shouldn't use wipes containing alcohol (as these do) because it will strip off most coatings, especially oleophobic coatings (which are used to repel oils and make the lenses easier to clean).

That said, I'm surprised Zeiss even makes lens wipes since they are top quality lens maker.

Most every lens cleaner contains alcohol. What product would you recommend that doesn't contain it?

The best thing to use is dish soap (ie Dawn, but any will do) and a clean cotton cloth or towel. If the cloth has been sitting around a long time, give it a quick shake to get any dust off. Run the lenses under water first to remove any loose dirt, then clean with the soap and cloth.

I realize that wipes are handier and can be used on the go, so they seem practical. I would suggest using microfiber cloths instead, and soap and water when it's convenient. Most optical shops include a small microfiber cloth with each pair. However, not every pair of glasses is made with oleophobic coating, so unless you paid extra for it yours may not even have it anyway.

Here's a short article I found: https://www.techspray.com/will-is...p1MoXI05KE
