While it's a bit misleading for Kind to put "PROTEIN" in large capital letters, Amazon doesn't refer to them as "protein bars" in their title. They call these:

OP did everything right including describing the product as a protein bar as labelled. Also seems a fair price. Might even taste good. But, wheew, do we have no regulations on what's qualifying for protein content (nevermind all the other crap loaded in it)? Nonetheless, kind of is a SD...
