Just FYI they all have about 25g of sugar.

Personally I will not buy but make your own choice. It is a good deal these are normally like $30 ish.

Wish it had more fiber and protein for 380cals.

Way too much sugar. Meal replacement that you'll be spiked and hungry within minutes.

I've had these before. They taste good. And they're filling-ish, but only if you're eating really light to begin with. I wouldn't call them "meal replacements" by any means.

Here's why you might want to skip this product:
1. Too Many Processed Ingredients – This isn't just a simple protein bar; it's a chemistry experiment. From soy protein isolate to fractionated palm kernel oil, it's loaded with processed and refined ingredients that don't exactly scream "real food."
2. Cheap Fillers Instead of Quality Nutrition – Instead of using whole-food protein sources, they rely on soy crisps, maltitol, and corn syrup—cheap substitutes that bulk up the product but don't add much nutritional value.
3. Blood Sugar Spikes (and Crashes) – Corn syrup, maltitol, and brown rice syrup are all sneaky ways of adding sugar without calling it "sugar." Some of these, like maltitol, can still spike blood sugar while pretending to be "low-carb."
4. Palm Oil Overload – The use of palm kernel oil and palm oil isn't just bad for the environment; it's also a sign of cost-cutting. These oils are often highly processed, sometimes containing hidden trans fats that are bad for your heart.
5. Gut-Disturbing Additives – Maltitol, glycerin, and carrageenan are all known to cause bloating, gas, and even digestive distress in some people. Do you really want to risk an upset stomach just for a snack?
6. Mystery "Natural Flavors" – This vague label can hide all kinds of lab-created additives. If they were using real, recognizable ingredients, they wouldn't have to rely on mystery flavors.
7. Artificial Emulsifiers and Preservatives – Mono & diglycerides, soy lecithin, and dipotassium phosphate are all used to keep the texture smooth and shelf life long, but they're unnecessary in a high-quality product.

Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a truly healthy snack, this isn't it. It's loaded with processed junk, cheap ingredients, and sneaky sweeteners. There are much better protein bars out there—ones made with real nuts, seeds, and high-quality protein without the unnecessary fillers.

Yeah looking at the nutrition readout this is not a snack or a meal replacement. This is for people who just want to bulk and/or burn and don't care about long-term. Would not recommend if you're not in that narrow range.

Tons of sugar and WAY too much sugar alcohol if you're sensitive to those.

Good information. "Sneaky sweeteners" indeed, and lots of other junk snuck in as well.

Yup or just eat a little good quality, low sugar chocolate and peanut butter with fruit, all in moderation. Same ingredients as some of the "healthiest" bars.
