at night 75 lumen is better than no lumen. of course more is more with bike safety.

Upon saying that other than riding very causally on a beach cruiser around the neighborhood, this is probably not a good choice.
Especially with that "4 Lumen tail light", you get what you pay for!

Practically speaking 75 lumens, they'll know you were a cyclist after the fact!
Especially from behind with that whole 4 lumens!
The other lights around your environment are as bright if not more, definitely from the rear!
A reflective vest would probably work just as good!
