Anyone know about how many chicken wings can you fry at one time with this thing?

You can strain or filter and reuse a couple of times before the oil gives off flavor. I had a fryer that has a filter which made cleaning easier. If you have an ick about oil not being "fresh," I don't recommend you eating fried food at an restaurant.

Depending on how dark/dirty the oil gets I may reuse one more time. Otherwise I put it in an old soda bottle or sealable container and throw out with trash
