Stay far away from Lowes 5 for 10 mulch. Get the Scotts. 10x better quality. The branches, molds, smells of that cheap crap is awful. We did it last year but never again. We had to get it all removed and it cost more than the cheapo mulch costed to begin with.
Had the same experience with the Scott's last year. Decolorates quickly and full of a white like mold

l've never bought a bag of mulch with any of that junk in it. You're confusing mulch with topsoil. Or you're just trolling.
I was simply sharing my experience with Lowe's mulch on the Slickdeals community. I hope your experience turns out better than mine.
