They need an easy way to check their "any participating Great Clips salons". Many did not participate, just saying...
I just received my coupon. Took about 30 minutes. It's the same six digit code coupon as usual. The coupon expires on April 11.
The Great Clips around me are all about $20. So this is a good deal. Makes it half price before tip.

Always a bad experience at my Great Clips. Took my daughter there twice for haircuts and they were crooked each time. My haircuts always missed pieces. They didn't honor checking in with the app to skip the line of in-person check-ins, making the app useless. I wouldn't go to a Great Clips now if the haircuts were free.

I don't tip for a haircut, I ask them "how much do I owe you?", and when they tell me the price that is what I pay. In the past when they used to say 18.00 I'd give them 20, but when they raised it to 22, I just pay that.
One of my friends used to work at a hair salon and she told me a lot of older folks typically did not tip, especially if they were just getting a basic hair cut or buzz cut.

I understand that hair stylists should be getting a tip, but many people don't understand the point of a tip if they are already paying for a haircut.

I remember years ago that Supercuts used to sell discounted GCs. I didn't know that Great Clips did the same. Do they still offer it? If so, where and how much off?
After covid, all the great clips in my area stopped selling the GCs discounted hair cut cards. I haven't seen them around for years now. They are still available at some locations during the month of November. They vary in price depending on location that is selling them, but I believe they can be used at any GCs location.

I'm one of those people that don't understand giving a tip when the workers are just doing their job. However, I still give a tip as it's the right thing to do!

We're subject to the burden of tradition and custom here in the US. Imo, tips are dumb especially if they are expected. Many countries in Asiana and Europe don't tip. Post COVID when the minimal tips got raised to and stayed at 18% is just ridiculous. I do a lot more take-outs as protest.

This is awesome. The last few haircuts I've gotten have lined up perfectly with these discounted deals. I always tip well and fortunately have a pretty good haircut experience too.

For those who are wondering if it works inAZ…I used it this weekend in Surprise AZ…they accepted it…just that you need to check in online for your appointment…not sure why but they had it as a note at front desk…

I'm one to go to a barber every 4-->5mo, and just ask them to take off 1-->2 inches, just a basic haircut. I think they should just figure out a price in their mind with the tip they'd want included in that price, and then just say that amount when I ask them how much I owe.
One thing though, every now and then, when I go to my car and look in the mirror I notice they left 1 sideburn longer than the other and have to go back inside for them to fix it, they don't offer me 1.00 off or anything, I just figure mistakes happen. I say tip if you want but you shouldn't have to if you don't want to.

I only get my hair cut at GC when there is a coupon. It's too expensive otherwise.

Just worked for me. Regular price $24. Coupon brought it down to $14. Gave a $5 tip for a total out the door of $19.

Just back from my local location. Senior haircut was $18 minus the $10 rang up as $8. Then a good tip. Great deal.
