You were basically telling the audience (people looking at your comment) that you were basically getting a free haircut.
So would you care to use this deal of $10 off? No. You would be using a coupon where $19 is one $ less than the current local coupon.

This is what I ended up getting:

not because they denied the coupon and gave you some $ off in exchange. they just threw you a bone.
