For organic, this might be a good deal. A regular 52 pack at Costco you get a better deal per volume at $11. The only downside is the shipping and if you really want organic.

Looks like the packets are smaller on the organic too. Might as well just get bulk and add whatever flavoring.

Everyone has different needs. I add glucose syrup to mine to increase the carbohydrates without making it taste too sweet.

POMC deficiency is a genetic mutation and has nothing to do with a little bit of sugar in your oats. You're comparing Mt Everest to a mole hill. Let's not get SD up in arms over some 1.7 ounce flavored oatmeal packets….
