When was it lower?
I know the base game has been much lower ($3.99 maybe?), but I don't think the "Complete" (or even the Game of the Year edition before the graphics improved "Complete" version) with all the DLC has ever been lower. Maybe the GotY was, I can't remember what it's low price was exactly.
