I used to love Columbia outwear because they had tall sizes that fit me awesome. And can often get stuff at really good prices this time of year. The problem is that a few years ago I got into such good shape that the LT is now far too big on me. And they absolutely do not sell a smaller tall size :/

Unrelated to this deal, but Eddie Bauer has medium talls and large tall slims that might work well for you. Keep an eye out for their sales.

Thank you, and indeed, yes. I have indeed switched to Eddie Bauer the last 2 years.

EB is sadly inconsistent, though. Some MTs fit me perfect and some I can barely squeeze into. the toro on the talls for EB is quite long, too. Not perfect but at least my clothes aren't baggy. I found out the hard way that even a really expensive jacket won't keep me warm if I'm swimming in it :/
