Here's a more detailed explanation:
What it is: AZG is a type of aluminum salt, specifically a complex of aluminum and zirconium with hydroxide, chloride, and glycine.
How it works: AZG works by forming a gel-like block in the sweat ducts, preventing perspiration from reaching the skin's surface and thus reducing sweating.
Where it's found: AZG is a common active ingredient in antiperspirants and deodorants.
Other Names: AZG is sometimes called AAZG
Safety: While generally considered safe for topical application within recommended limits, there have been debates about the potential absorption of aluminum compounds through the skin.
Other functions: Besides being an antiperspirant, AZG can also act as an astringent (tightening the skin) and a deodorant (reducing or masking body odor).
Restrictions: Aluminum zirconium chlorohydrate is approved and/or subject to restriction in cosmetic products, with restrictions potentially related to purity criteria, maximum concentration, and restriction to certain product categories.
Safe enough for me… thanks OP

Is this good? Bad? Terrible? Relatively insignificant? If you wouldn't mind replying and sharing some helpful feedback, it would be appreciated.

Making the Clean scent ?
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
The Change:
Degree has altered the fragrance of its Cool Rush deodorant, moving away from the previously described "subtle and clean" scent.
User Reactions:
Many users are expressing disappointment with the new scent, describing it as "overpowering," "intoxicating," "like wearing perfume," or "like Axe body spray".
Desire for the Original:
Many long-time users are requesting the return of the original Cool Rush scent.
Other Issues:
Some users have also reported issues with the new formula, such as it staining clothing and not drying as well as the old formula.

Thanks for the info. I've used this for years. I haven't noticed the new scent but I have noticed it staining my clothes recently. I was wondering if something had changed. Glad to know I wasn't going crazy.
All antiperspirant have aluminum. Up to you to decide risk vs benefits. Regular deodorant (not antiperspirant) does not have aluminum. So sweat vs exposing aluminum in your skin and possibly entering your pores.
