Submitted an order for 5gig at $89.99 (with bank autopay discount). Got confirmation on $200 virtual MasterCard Frontier Customer Referral (after 60 days of active service), and $200 Visa Reward Card.
I also had Cap1 $225 cash back, not sure if that will go through or not. Will report back if it gets tracked successfully (and eligible). YMMV for now.
