I get about a day (charge every morning) and I don't really interact with it much during the day. I also have the Always On option disabled.

I have a Series 7 (that includes the blood oxygen monitor, EKG, etc) but the battery has to be charged daily - do any of the new ones have a battery that lasts at least a couple of days?

Only the Ultra, which is twice the price.

I have a Series 10 that I bought when it came out, and I put it on charge while I shave, shower, and brush my teeth. It's close to charged when I'm done, and usually it's less than 10 minutes more to full charge. That's the only time I take it off/charge it.

Unfortunately Apple hasn't got any better with battery life even after 10 models later. If you turned on & use all services on the watch, even a brand new one doesn't last full day

The biggest improvement would be fast charging. You still have to daily charge but it takes less time now.
